Xtra Time Web Desk: Team India young brigade Shubman Gill, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Ishan Kishan had a new fan in Miss World Trinidad & Tobago Aché Abrahams at the Queens Park Oval after play on Day 2 of the ongoing test match. Abrahams was at the Queen’s Park Oval to be part of an event organized by West Indian great Brian Lara and his team.
“It’s always inspiring meeting the new generation,” Abrahams said about meeting the young Indian stars.
She added, “They were so sweet and inviting and gave me well wishes”, Abrahams said after her brief talk with Gill, Kishan, and Jaiswal. She also stated that the young superstars wished her well for the next Miss World, which will take place in Mumbai in December 2023.

Heaping praise on Brian Lara, Aché said, “He’s an absolute legend. His work is encouraging the youth of our country to use sports as an outlet to have more options in their lives in the future.”
