Da Silva's mother Caroline met Kohli outside the dressing room after the conclusion of Day 2 of the Test match. It was an emotional moment for Caroline, as like her son Joshua, she was also a die-hard fan of Kohli.

The meeting between Virat and her mother was organized by Joshua after he was heard saying to Virat on stump mic that his mother was a big fan of him and that she was en route to the venue only to watch him play. “My mom called me and told me she’s coming to watch the match for Virat Kohli, I couldn’t believe it,” Joshua was heard saying this to Virat on stump mic.

Caroline and her husband Michael were at the Queens Park Oval to witness Virat’s 29th test ton. At the end of the second day’s play, both Caroline and Michael were waiting near the team coaches for the Indian team.

Caroline couldn't resist her emotions as she was introduced to Virat by her son. She hugged Virat on meeting him as he came down the team coach. The moment was captured by Joshua himself.
