Must Read: Do you know what is MS Dhoni’s new possession?

XtraTime Web Desk: Mahendra Singh Dhoni has added a new beast to his garage. The former India captain’s never ending love for automobiles is known to all. Dhoni has recently added another SUV to his ever increasing collection of cars. The two time World Cup winning captain recently bought a green Nissan Jonga. He was seen driving to the Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) Stadium on his new Jonga. Not many people are aware that the Nissan Jonga was used by the Indian Army for a long time and the full name of the SUV is Nissan Jonga 1 Ton.
As Dhoni stopped at a petrol station with his new Jonga on way to the stadium on Tuesday, fans surrounded him requesting for autographs and selfies. He obliged one and all with a bright smile and later drove to the stadium.
The Jonga has been modified to meet the requirements of the World Cup winning captain.
The Jonga was not for private buyers and hence it is not that easy to spot unlike other military cars like the Maruti Suzuki Gypsy. Nissan produced this car for the Indian Army at the Jabalpur Ordnance and Guncarriage Assembly and hence the acronym JONGA. The Jonga is actually the earlier generation Nissan Patrol and has been a trusted Army car for a long time due to its massive size that was immensely useful for tough terrains.
Earlier this year in September, Dhoni also added another car — Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk which costs INR 1.5 crore in Indian market. Dhoni also owns ultra-rare Confederate Hellcat X132 along with several other bikes like the Kawasaki H2, Kawasaki Ninja ZX14R, and Yamaha YZF600 Thundercat among others.
His car collection includes Hummer H2, GMC Sierra, Mahindra Scorpio and the Mitsubishi Pajero.
