Xtra Time Web Desk: Indian hockey legend Rani Rampal took to social media on October 6 to voice her frustration with Air India after her luggage was damaged during her return from vacation. The incident left the hockey star "fuming" as she discovered her suitcase broken upon collecting it from the baggage carousel at Delhi airport.

Rani, who recently enjoyed a vacation in the United States and Canada, shared a photo of her damaged luggage on Twitter, calling out the airline for its poor handling of passengers' belongings. "Thank you Air India for this wonderful surprise. This is how your staff treat our bags," she tweeted. Rani further explained that she found the suitcase damaged after her flight back from Canada to India.

In response to her post, Air India quickly asked for details of her flight in order to investigate the matter further. Rani complied, hoping for corrective action.
