Xtra Time Web Desk : Delhi Capitals’ all-rounder Mitchell Marsh on Thursday made an epic come back against Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League 2022, as the 30 year old bounced back after testing COVID-19 positive in just a few days time.

The swashbuckling Aussie, who tested positive for the deadly virus on April 18 was admitted to the hospital, although he remained asymptomatic.

Although the T20 World Cup winner couldn’t score big against KKR, but his effort to defeat the deadly COVID-19 within such a short span of time surely deserves huge applause.

Also, the comeback of Marsh into the Delhi Capitals side could well be a hugely positive news for their fans, as the Aussie is known for his destructive qualities with the bat, once he returns to his full flow.

Especially after what Marsh did for Australia during last year’s T20 World Cup, the inclusion of his into the starting XI could prove to be a turning point for the 2020 IPL final.

Similarly, the all rounder would also be pretty keen to showcase his immense talent in the premier T20 franchise tournament after missing out on it last year due to injury.
