IPL 2020: KKR’s Andre Russell on his way to UAE along with Narine and Green, shares video of their journey

XtraTime Web Desk: With just 7 more days to go before the start of the 13th edition of Indian Premier League (IPL 2020) most foreign players participating in IPL 2020 barring the exception of Australian and England cricketers (currently involved in the series in UK) have started entering UAE. On Saturday Kolkata Knight Rider’s trio Andre Russell, Sunil Narine and Chris Green boarded the flight from Trinidad. The three of them were involved in the recently concluded Caribbean Premier League (CPL T20).

Andre Russell who represented Jamaica Tallawahs and Guyana Warriors Captain Chris Green failed to make it to the finals of the CPL T20. Although Trinbago Knight Riders won the CPL this season for a record fourth time but Narine missed the final due to his recent kidney stone operation.

In the video posted on his instagram handle Andre Russell popularly known as De Russ by his fans posted a video of them boarded on the flight. The power hitter from Jamaica was seen introducing his KKR teammates.
The Kolkata Knight Riders too posted on their official twitter handle. They tweeted, “Flight Mode On. Guess who is on the way to the UAE.

The cash rich league will begin from September 19 with reigning champions Mumbai Indians taking on Chennai Super Kings. Knight Riders will begin their campaign against MI on September 23.
