IPL 2020: Mumbai Indians all-rounder Kieron Pollard arrives in Abu Dhabi

XtraTime Web Desk: After leading Trinbago Knight Riders to their 4th CPL trophy, West Indian all-rounder Kieron Pollard has set his eyes on the next prize as he joined the Mumbai Indians camp on Saturday ahead of IPL 2020.

As Caribbean Premier League came to an end, players from different CPL teams and few from different countries have joined their respective sides to compete in the IPL.

The IPL is scheduled to start from September 19 and will continue till November 10. This year, IPL is shifted to UAE and will be played in these three venues – Abu Dhabi, Dubai & Sharjah.

“From the Caribbean Isles to Abu Dhabi The Pollard family and Rutherford have arrived OneFamily MumbaiIndians MI Dream11IPL @KieronPollard55,” Pollard’s team Mumbai Indians said in a tweet.

Along with Pollard, West Indian Sherfane Rutherford, has also joined the squad.

Mumbai Indians, who are the defending champions, will take on Chennai Super Kings, in the lung opener of the cash rich T20 league. Pollard led the Trinbago Knight Riders to CPL title.
