IPL 2020: Jonty Rhodes misses this star batsman in IPL season 13

XtraTime Web Desk: Suresh Raina and three-time Indian Premier League champions Chennai Super Kings has always been together since the beginning of IPL. Chinna Thala Raina, is the leading run-scorer for Chennai Super Kings and 2nd highest run-scorer of Indian Premier League, just behind Virat Kohli with 5368 runs and with this, he gained probably the biggest title he can. People from all over the globe started calling him, “Mr. IPL”.

Suresh Raina had to opt out from this year’s IPL because of some family problem. Over the years, Raina was the most important batsman in the CSK team. Without them, they are falling apart. Not just the fans, management but legends from opposite camp is missing him as well.

Jonty Rhodes, the fielding coach of Kings XI Punjab tweeted about Raina when a fan asked him about him. He said, “Of course I miss Suresh Raina. IPL not the same without Mr IPL. Don’t get me wrong, no player is bigger than the game, and IPL continues giving young Indian stars the opportunity to display their talents; but yes, I miss watching him play.”
