Xtra Time Web Desk: It sounds like Mahendra Singh Dhoni's performance in the IPL opener was truly remarkable, especially with that stunning under-arm throw. His agility and precision on the field have always been impressive, and it seems like he managed to captivate the crowd once again with his skills.

Moreover, the Chennai Super Kings' bowling performance seems commendable, particularly in restricting the Royal Challengers Bangalore to 173 runs after being sent to bowl first. Their ability to dominate the top order and create pressure on the RCB batters undoubtedly played a crucial role in their success.

Dhoni was lauded by the fans and experts for his reflexes during the game.  Apart from the run out, Dhoni stopped a few balls to his left side that kept low in the Chennai pitch. This prompted former cricketers Ian Bishop and Sanjay Manjrekar to laud the former India captain.

"Good work MS, still got it," Ian Bishop said while commentating after the run out.

“Deep-rooted in his blood, rarely gets it wrong. Under-arm, focused on the stumps because he is calm. I am sure he would not have practised this,” Sanjay Manjrekar added while commentating in the same panel.
