Xtra Time Web Desk: The Indian team management is left in a dilemma whether to make multiple changes for 2nd T20I? The team management will have to make at least a couple of changes from the winning combination of the first T20I. The obvious inclusions has to be Virat Kohli, Rishabh Pant and Ravindra Jadeja, not to forget Jasprit Bumrah. But will the team management make so many changes, which is highly unlikely.

A team that dominated from start to finish in the first T20I against England, shouldn't have too many headaches, right? Not really. The Indian team management have a problem of plenty going forward in the lead up to the T20 World Cup which is few months away. How do the team management handle Virat Kohli 's form issues? Where do they slot in Rishabh Pant? What about the all-rounders' conundrum?

If Virat Kohli opens the batting, then we might see Ishan Kishan getting dropped, which looks very likely. Deepak Hood and Suryakumar Yadav will both keep their places in the playing XI. Like Hooda, Suryakumar made a big impression in the first T20I in Southampton. He smashed 39 off 19 balls and looked the most menacing against England bowlers.

Now who goes in at No 5 – will it be Rishabh Pant or Shreyas Iyer? One of the theories fast gaining ground is India could try and punt on Pant the opener. He has only so far done it in one ODI at home, against West Indies, earlier in the year. If he does open with Rohit, the axe could yet again, unfortunately, fall on Kishan for now, but it could give India the option to play both Suryakumar and Hooda alongside Kohli in the middle order.

There can be no debate as in form Hardik Pandya will go in at No 6, if not higher up the order.

Finally for No 7 slot, there is another good headache whether to include Ravindra Jadeja or Axar Patel. Logically, yes. It's a straight swap with Axar Patel. Hardik Pandya's encouraging returns with the ball could give Jadeja a bit of leeway, as the sixth bowling option, giving India flexibility they dearly missed at last year's World Cup.

Yuzuvendra Chahal is likely to keep his place in the playing XI for second T20I. The three seamers will be Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Harshal Patel and Jasprit Bumrah. Arshdeep Singh, who had an impressive debut in the first T20I might have to make way for Bumrah.
