XtraTime Web Desk: The weirdest bowling action by Uttar Pradesh's left arm spinner Shiva Singh has created ripples on social media with his 360* movement.
The match took place in Kalyani; and as soon as Shiva delivered the ball by taking a round of 360* through round the wicket the umpire declared it a dead ball, even though the batsman defended the ball well.
A long exchange of words took place between the umpires and the fielding side but the umpire didn’t listen to them as there are no laws.
