After the conclusion of the first Test against Sri Lanka on Sunday, the 33-year-old batter gifted his jersey to a fan named Dharamveer Pal, who is unofficially known as the 12th man of Team India.
In a video on twitter, Kohli was seen presenting his jersey to a specially able fan before boarding the team bus in Mohali.
Not only presenting his jersey to one his special fans, but there are plenty of examples where King Kohli has been seen treating his fans so humbly that made him and his gesture go viral in the social media. Kohli couldn’t accomplish his 71st century, he managed to score a fine 46 runs in his 100th Test in Mohali against Sri Lanka.
The first Test in Mohali also saw Kohli completing 8000 runs in Test cricket.
