Xtra Time Web Desk : Out of favour Team India all rounder Hardik Pandya on Tuesday decided to reverse his earlier call of not joining the 10 day fitness camp at NCA before the Indian Premier League, after the selectors reportedly sent warning shots towards the newly appointed Gujarat Titans captain.

"Yes, Hardik will join the camp. He was not part of the players called up for the camp earlier as he did not give us any update on his recovery progress. But as the selectors want him to keep in the mix for the South Africa series, he has been added to the list. He will join the camp on Tuesday,” said a senior BCCI official to InsideSport.

It is also learnt that the selectors were not pleased with the 28 year old's decision to snub NCA over the past few months on a regular basis, which reportedly led the chairman of selectors to give a call to Hardik, that changed the total complexion of the situation.

Hardik who has now reversed his earlier decision, will be present at the ongoing NCA camp, as the all rounder is still being considered as an option for the upcoming T20 World Cup.
