Watch: ‘Superman’ Wriddhiman Saha takes a stunning one handed blinder to remove Theunis de Bruyn

XtraTime Web Desk: At the age of 34, India’s ace wicket-keeper batsman Wriddhiman Saha is giving a good fight to young Rishabh Pant to get a chance ahead of him in the Indian Test team and why not at this age he is still showing that why he is currently the best wicketkeeper batsman in the World. Time and again, the Indian players and coaches have hailed him as the best in the world and the Bengal star has always justified it.

On Sunday, he justified the tag again by taking an absolute blinder to send back South Africa’s Theunis de Bruyn. India started brilliantly with the ball after enforcing the follow-on. Ishant Sharma gave the hosts the first breakthrough by dismissing Aiden Markram on the very second ball of the innings.

A few minutes later, Umesh Yadav also opened his account thanks to Wriddhiman Saha. The right-arm pacer bowled a fuller-length delivery which was going down the leg-side. The Proteas batsman could have easily let the ball pass behind the stumps but he decided against it and paid the price for the same.
