In a special video for Aleem Dar, Kohli wished Pakistan umpire Aleem Dar for his new venture and hoped that Dar’s restaurant would turn out to be as successful as his International umpiring career.

Aleem Dar, who has won the ICC Umpire of the Year award three times, launched the restaurant in Lahore and named it as ‘Dar’s Delighto’. The restaurant had its grand opening ceremony on the 30th of December last year. ‘Dar’s Delighto’ is famous for its Mughlai cuisine and is located at 413-E PIA road Main Blvd, Johar Town, Lahore.
A proportion of this restaurant’s revenue will be utilized for constructing a school for ‘hearing impaired’ children who don’t have access to education in Pakistan. The 49-year-old umpire also runs a cricket academy in Pakistan, which facilitates the children from middle-class background to hone their skills.
