Vishnu Solanki suffers two big tragedies: Days after losing newborn daughter, Solanki's father passes away
Xtra Time Web Desk: Vishnu Solanki was dealt with another shocking news just 2 weeks after the death of his newborn child. On 10th February 2022, Vinod became a father to a baby girl. However, disaster struck him as the girl died the very next day.
However, Solanki did not let this bog him down as he returned back to his Ranji Trophy duties and scored a ton against the Chandigarh outfit. But then, on 27th February 2022, Solanki’s father passed away in his hometown, but the batter attended his father’s funeral only through a video call.
"Vishnu had the option of not returning after his daughter’s death but the team man that he is, he didn’t want to leave his team in the lurch. That’s what makes him a special human being,” said the BCCI official.
