Virat Kohli’s stunning catch to remove de Kock can be regarded as the catch of the season

XtraTime Web Desk: During the 2nd ODI between India and South Africa on Wednesday at Mohali India skipper Virat Kohli took a sensational catch to remove Proteas captain Quinton de Kock, who was hammering Indian bowlers all parts of the ground on his way of hitting 3rd fifty in T20Is and was batting on 52 when he tried to hit a big shot on a length ball of India’s young pacer Navdeep Saini.

However, he failed to middle it and the ball went in the air over the bowler’s head as Kohli, who was stationed at mid-off started to run towards his left. As the ball started to die down, Kohli dived with both his hands outstretched and managed to hold on to it with his left-hand. The stunning catch lifted the spirits of the Indian team and also the huge crowd which had assembled at the ground to watch their favourite stars in action.
