Xtra Time Web Desk: Virat Kohli seems to be a man on a mission. The ace Indian batter looks focussed as he started preparations for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2022. He was seen walking to the middle at WACA ground immediately after the practice game against Western Australia XI ended on Sunday. He was soon seen batting on the centre wicket against the net bowlers. Kohli did had a long net session with Team India Head Coach Rahul Dravid.

Virat along with KL Rahul and Ravichandran Ashwin were given rest from the practice game against WA XI.

The former India skipper looked to be in great touch during the net sessions at the WACA ground. He seemed to be enjoying the bounce and pace of the WACA practice wickets. On Sunday he was seen taking throwdowns from Dravid before having another go in the middle after the practice game ended.

One of the finest batters across all formats of the game, Kohli is heading to the T20 World Cup 2022 after regaining his form in India’s recent T20I series against Australia and South Africa. Kohli announced coming back to form when he scored that brilliant hundred against Afghanistan in Asia Cup 2022 in Dubai.

The star batter was looked in a jovial mood as he shared some time with the fans at the WACA. Kohli was seen clicking selfies and giving autographs to the Indian fans present at the WACA ground.
