Xtra Time Web Desk: Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo has cost soft drinks giants Coca Cola £2.04 million following his decision to remove the bottles from pre match press conference ahead of EURO 2020 match against Hungary. The Portugese superstar was seen removing the bottles of the soft drink company who are one of the sponsors of EURO 2020. Ronaldo visibly looked ‘upset’ as he removed the bottles of coke and instead held aloft a bottle of mineral water kept on the table.

The issue did not end there. After sitting down, Ronaldo was seen holding aloft a bottle of mineral water while shouting ‘drink water’ making his views very clear.

The Juventus star is very particular about the diet. He avoids any kind of aerated drink. According to a report by ESPN last year, Ronaldo eats 6 meals and takes 5 90-minutes naps a day. He is known to start his days with ham and cheese and a side of yogurt for breakfast. When he gets hungry a little later in the day, the 35-year-old likes to snack on avocado toast. He typically eats two lunches and two dinners to fuel the rest of his day.
