Umran Malik to replace Mohd. Shami in India’s ODI squad | BANvIND

Xtra Time Web Desk: Umran Malik has been named as a replacement for injured Mohammed Shami for the upcoming three match ODI series against Bangladesh starting from Sunday at Sher-e-Bangla stadium in Mirpur.

Shami sustained a shoulder injury during a training session in the lead up to the ODI series against Bangladesh. He is currently under the supervision of the BCCI Medical Team at the NCA, Bengaluru and will not be able to take part in the three-match series.


The All-India Senior Selection Committee has named Umran Malik as Shami’s replacement.
