XtraTime Web Desk: Right when the leagues are closed, the top Indian football clubs have been slowly developing their squads for the forthcoming season. ISL side Odisha FC have now completed the process of signing supremely talented youngster Thoiba Singh Moirangthem from Punjab FC.
Thoiba Singh Moirangthem, The 17-year-old, who got graduated from the Punjab FC academy, was promoted to the senior team in the last season by the Punjab outfit.
He played nine matches this season in the I-League for Punjab and has scored one goal which came against reigning Chennai City FC where his team won it by 3-1.
Thoiba became the youngest player to score a goal in the AFC Cup on May 15th, 2018, when he netted for Punjab FC against Nepalese club Manang Marshyangdi in the 39th minute of the Group E game.
