Transfer News: Mumbai City FC ropes on Tondomba to bolster their squad

XtraTime Web Desk: The country might be in locked down mode due to Coronavirus threat, but the transfer business is in full swing for the Indian football clubs. Like other teams, Mumbai City FC too is in the market. The club has agreed to sign Tondomba Singh from Chennaiyin FC.

The Manipuri full-back had his rise in NEROCA FC side which made their I-League debut in the 2017-18 season. He appeared in every single game for NEROCA as the Imphal-based club finished second in the I-League under the tutelage of Gift Raikhan.

Tondomba contributed in 10 ISL and four AFC Cup matches in his maiden season for the Marina Machans. In the recently concluded edition of the ISL, he played nine games.
