Transfer News: Mumbai City FC completes the signing of Croatian defender


XtraTime Web Desk: After some impressive performances in the previous season, Croatian defender Mato Grgic has been purchased by Mumbai City FC for the upcoming Indian Super League season. Details of the contract are yet to be declared.

Grgic played a key role in North East United’s impressive run in the 2018-19 season. The side had made it to the playoffs for the first time in the ISL. It was Grgic’s first season in the competition, having joined the team in September, 2018 from Inter Zapresic, a Croatian club.
Mumbai City also made it to the playoffs in 2018-19.
