The AIFF comes up with a significant update on I-League & Kolkata derby for the Corona-threat

XtraTime Web Desk: Adhering to the advisories issued by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, All India Football Federation has decided to complete the remaining matches of the 2019-20 edition of the Hero I-League behind closed doors. I-League CEO Sunanda Dhar has told XtraTime.in, “Instead of 15th April, will conclude the I-League season on 5th April.”

 

As a consequence, it is heard that both East Bengal and Mohun Bagan have agreed to play the last ever Hero I-League derby on 15th March.

Besides team officials and players; match officials (referees), medical staff, TV Crew, accredited media, and required security staff — none would be allowed to be in the premises of the stadium on match day, and during official practice the preceding day.
