Stage set for grand closing ceremony of IPL 2023 at Narendra Modi Stadium on May 28

Xtra Time Web Desk: The stage is set for the last two matches of Indian Premier League 2023 at the Narendra Modi Stadium. To make the occasion special Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is not leaving any stone unturned. Popular Gujrati singer Kinjal Dave will be performing live at the start of Qualifier 2 between Gujarat Titans and Mumbai Indians on Friday, May 26. For the closing ceremony on May 28, there will be extravagant light show. Some big stars of Bollywood industry will also enthral the capacity audience. Famous Indian rap artists Vince and Divine will also perform live on the day of the final.

The last-minute arrangements are in full swing at the iconic stadium. A capacity 1 lakh spectators are expected for the grand final on Sunday as tickets are all sold out. There will be high profile dignitaries in attendance at the stadium to watch the closing ceremony. Board Presidents of Sri Lanka Cricket, Bangladesh Cricket Board and Afghanistan Cricket Board will be present along with members of all the state associations.

The opening ceremony was a grand success with the live performances of stars like Arijit Singh, Tamannah Bhatia, Rashmika Mandanna, Tiger Shroff and Katrina Kaif.
