Sourav Ganguly attends meeting while in hospital, shows tremendous commitment to BCCI

Xtra Time Web Desk: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) President once again left enough evidence about his commitment to the board. 48 year old Sourav, who was admitted in the Woodlands hospital after suffering a minor heart attack on Saturday recently attended a meeting with IPL Governing Council members. It was not a video conferencing but Sourav’s opinion was taken over phone. The BCCI President was then admitted in hospital.

The IPL Governing Council members decided in the meeting that the deadline for the transfer window will be February 4 while the last date for players retention was January 21.

Sourav was discharged from the hospital on Thursday morning. He is absolutely fine and will soon start working normally from the office situated at his residence.
