Xtra Time Web Desk: It was like a boy in a candy shop moment for Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan as he bumped into the Indian ODI players who were travelling to Zimbabwe to take part in three match ODI series. The meeting took place at 4am in the morning. Varun shared a special moment with the other Dhawan in Indian team i.e., Shikhar.
Varun shared his experience of meeting the Indian cricketers and chatting with the Indian squad in a tweet. Sharing a couple of pictures with the Indian cricketers, Varun tweeted, “At 4 in the morning, I was like a boy in a candy shop. Got very excited to meet and chat with our men in blue about their upcoming tour. Also, Shikhar Dhawan asked me a couple of riddles.”
Among the Indian cricketers pictured with the Bollywood heartthrob were Mohammed Siraj, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Shikhar Dhawan, Deepak Chahar, Shardul Thakur, Prasidh Krishna, and Shubman Gill.
The Indian team travelled to Harare on Saturday morning for the three match ODI series against Zimbabwe starting from August 18 at Harare Sports Club.
Early on Saturday, Varun and Natasha were sighted at the Mumbai airport. Before leaving on a trip, the couple seemed to have met the Indian cricketers in the waiting area.
