XtraTime Web Desk: Ace Indian footballer Sanju Pradhan still has one year contract left with Punjab Football Club but at once he thought of joining his former club East Bengal by terminating his deal with Punjab FC. Though after thinking for a long period of time Sanju has finally taken a decision that he will stay with the Punjab based outfit for another season.
Sanju had an offer from East Bengal for the new season, but after Round Glass bought all the shares of Minerva from Ranjit Bajaj he has changed his mind. But why? As per sources after the arrival of the new officials, Punjab FC is thinking of playing Indian Super League next season and that’s the only reason he has taken a decision to stay at Punjab.
In the process Punjab FC has already appointed England’s Curtis Fleming as their new Head Coach. Sanju has already talked with the new coach and he has asked Sanju to stay there.
Last year Sanju played brilliant football for Punjab FC. He had played 19 matches for the side and after seeing his improved game East Bengal had given him an offer for the new season.
