Xtra Time Web Desk: Pakistan’s thrilling win against Afghanistan, on Wednesday, has confirmed the team India’s exit from the Asia Cup 2022 final.
Post match, Shoaib Akhtar, the former pacer of Pakistan came up with a video addressing the flaws of the Indian captain Rohit Sharma. He also stated the reasons behind the early departure of Team India from the Asia Cup final.
Shoaib Akhtar, on his youtube channel said: “Rohit Sharma looked very uncomfortable. He was seen shouting on the field. They kept on changing their playing XI. India brought in Ravichandran Ashwin, Rishabh Pant and dropped Ravi Bishnoi along with Dinesh Karthik, which showed there is uncertainty in the camp. They need to find their best XI.”
Apart from this, Shoaib Akhtar also felt “It’s true that India didn’t play well but with every failure, there comes the story of a new success. These mistakes will definitely make the team better. This is undoubtedly a good wake-up call for India, ahead of the T20 World Cup.”
