Rohit & co reach Hyderabad for T20I series decider on Sunday | INDvsAUS

Xtra Time Web Desk: Both Indian and Australian cricket teams reached Hyderabad on Saturday evening for the 3rd T20I. However, due to the short turnout time, there will not be any practice session for both teams. Instead, there will be an optional practice session on Sunday morning. Even for Nagpur T20, the teams had to cancel the outdoor practice due to rain and instead hit the nets on matchday. The same can be expected for the Hyderabad T20.

In the rain-affected 2nd T20I at VCA stadium in Nagpur, Rohit Sharma smashed 20-ball 46 to chase down 91 runs in 8 overs to draw the series level. It should be noted that India haven’t won a T20 series against Australia at home since 2013. Australia drew the 2-match series in 2017 and won it in 2019. It will be India’s opportunity to win 7th bilateral T20 series out of eight.

India have played only one T20I in Hyderabad against West Indies in 2019. The Men in Blue chased a 208-run target by six wickets. Virat Kohli and KL Rahul scored 94 and 62 runs respectively.
