The pull shot from the Kiwi batsman off Kagiso Rabada seemed to be flying away from Pant down the leg side. But Pant timed his jump to perfection and latched on to the catch with one hand, surprising a packed house at Kotla. Lynn departed for a score of 20 runs after facing 18 deliveries in the match.
The wicket-keeper batsman has already made an impression with his batting in the ongoing IPL. He scored a whirlwind 78 runs off 27 balls in the opening match for the Delhi Capitals against Mumbai Indians.
