Xtra Time Web Desk : The state of West Bengal on Friday saw some horrific scenes as a group of specially abled cricketers, called the Divyang Indian Cricket Team travelled to Bangladesh for playing an international tournament for the specially abled without a proper car or a team bus.
The pathetic incident saw the cricketers with disabilities of different kinds travel by Bongaon Local train, carrying heavy kit bags only to board an autorickshaw.
The scenes would surely be a cause to melt the hearts of even the toughest people, and as expected few people have requested the Bangladesh authority to at least provide a team bus for the Divyang Indian Cricket Team.
The Divyang Cricket Board is a separate authority for the specially abled cricketers and have organised an upcoming four nation tournament consisting of Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and India.
