Xtra Time Web Desk: Star India cricketer Virat Kohli on Sunday made a startling revelation that after he relinquished test captaincy, it was only former India captain MS Dhoni who messaged him and no one else.
“When I left Test captaincy, I got message only from MS Dhoni and nobody else,” Kohli said in his post-match press conference.
He added, “Lot of people have my number but only he had called. There are some connections with are genuine and it has some security. If you want to give me suggestions give me one-on-one.”
Kohli and Dhoni always shared a great camaraderie with each both on and off the field. He has never shied away from appreciating his former India captain.
Kohli who resigned from Test captaincy earlier this year said that Dhoni has also been the one to reach out to him even during his most difficult days.
