With over 16 years of experience and learning from an international cricket career, the former Indian captain has understood the true essence of legacy. Sourav Ganguly said, "Leadership is an extremely important term in modern society. Whether it's sports, business, or politics, leadership is crucial. And legacy doesn't just mean victory or defeat; it has embedded itself in the culture of sports. Legacy means continuity, legacy means perseverance, legacy means helping others to lead the team from not having opportunities since the first eleven. And I believe this is a difficult task.
