OMG! Seven I-League clubs have withdrawn their names from Super Cup

Kolkata: The I-League clubs have given a blow to the All India Football Federation as seven clubs including Kolkata giants East Bengal & Mohun Bagan has told the parent body of Indian football that they will not take part in the forthcoming Super Cup. The seven clubs have said that earlier they had sent an email to the AIFF where they told that the I-League teams have faced ‘unfair treatment’ by the AIFF, but the federation didn’t reply to their letter. After that the seven clubs have sent the letter on their letter head where they have informed the AIFF that the clubs will not take part in the Super Cup. As per the sources AIFF Secretary Kushal Das has acknowledged that he has received the letters.

But except Mohun Bagan & Minerva Punjab no other club has given any press release regarding this matter.
