Breaking quite a few records, Deepak Chahar registered stunning figures of 6/7 in the final T20I to help India seal the game and series as well. After that remarkable performance Chahar opened up about his bowling.
“I never thought this would happen, not even in my dreams,” a chuffed Chahar said. “I have been trying to work hard since my childhood and my efforts have paid off,” said Chahar.
Before signing off Chahar just added he did only that what his captain wanted from him.
“The captain [Rohit Sharma] wanted me to bowl crucial overs. I always try to focus on the next ball and I keep doing that until the end of my spell.”
