Kolkata: Mohun Bagan has lodged a complaint to Mr. Kushal Das, General Secretary, AIFF. Mohun Bagan has alleged that their forward Cornel Glenn had face a racist remark from East Bengal defender Arnab Mondal.
Kushal Das has admitted that he got the letter. “ I can’t say anything until I get the Referee report”.
According to Mohun Bagan, During the match between East Bengal and Mohun Bagan on 2nd April 2016 Mr. Cornell Glen had face a Racist Remark from Arnab Mondal. The incident happened in the first Half of the match. Match Referee Mr. Santosh Kuamr was standing close and heard the distasteful comment passed by Arnab at Glen and he assured Glen that he will note the incident in his Match Report.
Arnab Mondal refused to comment anything.” I will not say anything. I will do what my club decides” said the Indian International.”
