Xtra Time Web Desk: Bengali striker Shubho Paul is set to join Mohun Bagan after his stint with Bayern Munich. Shubho Paul had the opportunity to play for Bayern Munich’s youth team, World Squad.
Shubho Paul was associated with Sudeva Delhi FC in India. In the 2020-21 season, he made his debut in the senior team after impressing as a youth player at Sudeva. He has also provided leadership in multiple matches for Sudeva. According to reports, the same bengali striker is now joining the Green and Maroons team. Besides playing as a striker, Shubho Paul has experience playing in the right wing and left midfield positions.
Interestingly, in 2021, Shubho Paul earned an opportunity to train with Bayern Munich’s World Squad through trials. He then underwent an extensive training under Christopher Loch in Germany. He has also played matches against top youth teams in South America and Europe. Additionally, he has been a member of under-20 Indian teams.
