Xtratime Web Desk : Laurent Blanc ,ex-French international footballer and world cup winner from France now head coach of Al- Rayyan champion club from Qatar was extremely disappointed by the performance of his club as they drew 0-0 with Indian club FC GOA . But surprisingly Blanc was critical of the weather which he think was the main barrier for his players.

On Wednesday night in a AFC Champions Leage tie FC Goa the club from India created history when they drew 0-0 with champion club from Qatar and bagged first ever point in this tournament among Indian football Clubs. In Fatodra stadium Brahimi, Broli and co pressed hard but Goan defenders stood tall as they secured precious draw for their team.

After the match talking about their performance Blanc said ' weather and humidity played a big part while it comes to our performance. We were not able to take the chances that we created. We failed to score goal early,that put pressure on us, it also gave Goa the confidence they needed. Defensively they were a very strong unit.'
