A fan expressed concerns that the current panel focuses more on sarcastic one-liners rather than providing in-depth analysis, unlike previous commentators such as Maninder Singh and Arun Lal.
Harbhajan, who is part of the Hindi commentary team alongside Virender Sehwag, Navjot Singh Sidhu, Shikhar Dhawan, Suresh Raina, Robin Uthappa, Ambati Rayudu, and others, took the criticism positively. Responding to the feedback on social media, he assured fans of improvements, stating, “Thank you for the input. We will work on it.”
