Let's also not overlook that Shubman has not secured a spot in the T20 World Cup squad, set to kick off on June 1st, 2024. So, then who was his century aimed at—Captain Rohit Sharma or Selector Ajit Agarkar? Is this a missed chance for India, or does the squad possess sufficient firepower? Only time will tell.
