When India took to the crease, boundaries flowed at Green Park. Rohit Sharma initiated the charge, beginning his innings with two sixes after Yashasvi Jaiswal took on the Bangladesh bowlers. Rohit managed just 23 runs from 11 deliveries but set the tone for his teammates, telling the dressing room that it was okay to lose wickets while looking to be aggressive. Every Indian batter in the top six played without the fear of failure, helping India build a 52-run lead in just over a session.

India quickly wrapped up Bangladesh's second innings, bowling them out for 146, with Jasprit Bumrah, R Ashwin, and Ravindra Jadeja each claiming three wickets. India then comfortably chased down the 95-run target, securing a 2-0 series victory and reinforcing their position at the top of the World Test Championship standings.
