Xtra Time Web Desk: Jasprit Bumrah and Harshal Patel has been sweating it out at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in a bid to get fully fit. Bumrah on Tuesday uploaded a video of his recovery process on Instagram. In the video, he could be seen jumping hurdles and throwing medicine ball. He captioned the post "No Hurdle Big Enough"

Harshal too has been working hard and leaving no stone unturned in order to get fully fit ahead of the Australia series at home.

While Bumrah is undergoing rehab for a recurring back spasm that has troubled him in recent times, Harshal is recovering from a rib injury, he suffered last month. The Royal Challengers Bangalore pacer shared multiple videos of his recovery at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) on Instagram, captioning, "Spring in my step."

Both Harshal and Bumrah will be sorely missed in the upcoming Asia Cup tournament in UAE, especially when it comes to bowling at the death.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Arshdeep Singh and Avesh Khan will form the Indian pace attack for Asia Cup with Hardik Pandya also being available to roll his arms over.
