COVID-19: Tendulkar bats for NGO, decides to feed 5000 people for a month
XtraTime Web Desk: As the situation worsens with every passing day due to the coronavirus pandemic, Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar has once again decided to come forward to lend a helping hand to the charitable organizations. Tendulkar, who had already donated INR 50 lakh in the PM Relief Fund, has now decided to feed 5000 needy people for a month through non-profit organization Aapnalaya. The NGO showed its gratitude towards the master blaster by tweeting, “Thankyou,@sachin_rt for stepping in & helping Apnalaya help the ones suffering the most during this lockdown. He will be taking care of the ration of around 5000 people for a month. “There are many more individuals who need your support, people! Donate below!.”
