Krunal Pandya stopped at Mumbai airport for this reason
XtraTime Web Desk - Mumbai Indians' cricketer Krunal Pandya while returning from UAE was stopped at Mumbai airport by Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) over suspicion of carrying undisclosed gold and other variables.
An official of DRI said, “Cricketer Krunal Pandya stopped by Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) at the Mumbai International Airport over suspicion of being in possession of undisclosed gold and other valuables, while returning from UAE”.
Krunal Pandya was featured recently when Mumbai Indians played against Delhi Capitals in the IPL final. The left hand batsman played 71 matches for Mumbai Indians and was the Man of the match in the final of IPL 2017.
