Xtra Time Web Desk: Star India cricketer KL Rahul is getting married with Athiya Shetty on January 23 at Suniel Shetty’s bungalow Jahaan in Khandala. The wedding rituals will begin from January 21.
According to reports quite a few celebrities from Tinsel Town is in the guest list. Bollywood stars like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar and Jackie Shroff are among the list of invitees. Former India captain MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Hardik Pandya and Rohit Sharma are also invited for the wedding ceremony.
Few five-star hotels near Khandala and Lonavala has been booked for guest who are coming from outside Mumbai.
Both the families are South Indian & hails from Mangalore. So, menu is based on delicious Manglorian food along with other different cuisines.
However, the buzz is that Athiya and KL Rahul will host a grand bash after the IPL (Indian Premier League) ends in June.
According to reports, the preparations are in full swing. Rahul’s Mumbai residence in Bandra is illuminated with hanging lights.
Talking about the relationship, both Rahul and Athiya have been dating with each other since 2019. They have been very active on social media handles specially on Instagram, posting cute pictures of themselves.
KL Rahul is currently on a break from cricket as he has been not included in the white ball squads for the series against New Zealand at home. Rahul will be in back for the test series against Australia which starts from February.
