XtraTime Web Desk: After confirming their place in this season’s Indian Premier League, Kolkata giants East Bengal is likely to appoint former Liverpool FC legend Robbie Fowler as their new head coach of ISL 2020-21 season. Former Indian footballer Renedy Singh is set to assist him at East Bengal, while Bruto Da Costa will also be a part of the team management.
In his prime, Fowler had played 250 Premier League matches for Liverpool and during his two stints he had scored 128 goals. Beside Liverpool, he also represented Leeds United, Manchester City and other renowned clubs during his football career. In the last season Fowler managed Australian A-League side Brisbane Roar.
