ISL 2018/19: FC Goa held by NorthEast in a thrilling encounter despite Corominas brace

XtraTime Web Desk: FC Goa held North East United FC 2-2 in a thrilling encounter in the fifth edition of Indian Super League at Guwahati. The Highlanders got the lead in the sixth minute of the match as the Goan keeper Mohammad Nawaz lost his concentration and handed the ball off his line, as he thought it was an offside.

A freekick is awarded and it was taken quickly and Federico Gallego scored with the goalkeeper nowhere near the scene.
Goa came back strongly as their highest scorer of previous season Ferran Corominas scored a controversial goal in the 13th minute as the striker handed the ball and pushed it to the goal. Though the referee allowed the goal.
Corominas scored again at the stroke of the half time.This time it was all alone by the spanish striker as he went past three defenders to fire in a shot inside the goal.
In the second half North East striker Bartholomew Ogbeche equalised as he received a fantastic cross into the box and  the tall striker was attentive enough to direct a downward header inside the goalpost.
It remained 2-2 till the referee blown the final whistle. It wasn’t a good show for the defenders and goalkeepers for both the sides.
