Xtra Time Web Desk: Virat Kohli's eighth century in the Indian Premier League took Royal Challengers Bengaluru to a total of 183/3 against Rajasthan Royals at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on Saturday, 6th April. In response, Jos Buttler's splendid century took Rajasthan to their third consecutive victory, handing Royal Challengers Bengaluru their third consecutive defeat and RR climbed to the second spot of the points table with 8 points. Sanju Samson's crucial 69 runs also contributed significantly to Rajasthan's triumph.
Virat Kohli notched his 8th IPL century as RCB posted a commendable total. RCB skipper Faf du Plessis added 44 runs to the total, while Rajasthan's spinner Yuzvendra Chahal claimed two pivotal wickets. Despite Virat Kohli's century and a 125-run partnership with Faf Du Plessis, RCB set a challenging total for Rajasthan Royals.
