IPL 2023: Faf du Plessis smash Ravi Bishnoi for 115-metre six; longest in the season so far

Xtra Time Web Desk: Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Faf du Plessis hit the longest six in the ongoing IPL 2023 during the IPL 2023 game against Lucknow Super Giants on Monday night. The former Proteas batter smoked Ravi Bishnoi for a 115 metre long six that landed outside the M Chinnaswamy stadium.

The RCB skipper took down the young leggie in the 15th over of the first innings, smashing Bishnoi for consecutive sixes. Standing at the non-striker’s end, Glenn Maxwell was left in awe to watch the ball fly the moment it hit Faf’s bat.

The RCB skipper, who was struggling with timing earlier in the innings, put his foot on the accelerator after the departure of his opening partner Virat Kohli. The RCB skipper went berserk against Ravi Bishnoi in the 15th over of the match as he smashed him for the longest six in this edition of IPL so far.
